Simple Certificates
For very simple Certificates you can use the Message Template HTML Format editor on its own, using the formatting options as shown below:
These options allow you to change the style and size of text, add tables, images, bulleted and numbered lists, links, and also add tokens. We will use a few of these to create a simple membership certificate, as shown below:
Firstly, we create a frame for the certificate by clicking the Table icon and setting the parameters - one row, one column, alignment and the size.
Next we click the Image icon to add a logo. You can either add the url for an image, or click the Browse Server button to choose one already stored in the CiviPlus Image Library, as shown below:
and then select the image from the library.
Then we add the details for the labels by typing in the text and using the Style and Format options to format them.
Finally, we selected the appropriate tokens from the dropdown list on the top right of the window. See details here on how to do this.
