Introduction
CiviPlus uses a template to generate invoices that can be emailed to users or downloaded from the Self-Service Portal (SSP). The template allows you to change the text and logo that appears on the invoice to meet your organisation's requirements.
Adding/changing the logo on the Invoice Template
Step 1 - Find and save your logo file
You will need to upload your logo image file to CiviPlus, so make sure that it is available in a location that can be accessed when you are logged onto CiviPlus as an administrator. The format needs to be PNG or JPEG.
Step 2 - Upload the Logo file to CiviPlus
Go to Mailing > Message Templates and chose a random template. Click "Edit".
In the template editor, select the image upload tool
Change the tab to “Upload”
Select “Choose file” and find your logo file
Select “Send to server”
When the upload is complete, there will be a url populated for the file. Record this for later use. E.g.
Step 3 - Find the invoice template
Go to Administer > Communications > Message Templates
Change the tab from “User-Driven Messages” to “System Workflow Messages”
Scroll down to find the template “Contributions - Invoice”
Select edit to open the template to edit
Step 4 - Add the html to add the image to the template
Add the following code:

Step 5 - Add the correct image url
Replace the “YOURIMAGE” text with the url saved for uploaded logo file
