Award application form is a variation of the Webform content type and can be built using the same components as the Webform.

The differences between the two are:
Users must be logged in to access the Application forms.
Application forms can be saved as draft by default
Draft versions can be seen and resumed at the SSP 'My Applications' page
Fields that exist on this content type are:

Form Public Title - Text field *
Form Internal Title - Text field *
Award Name - Text field *
Form type - Dropdown
default options Application form/ Impact reporting form/ Other
To create a form complete the required fields and then add the components to the form as required.
