Overview

User can easily add files to a case by uploading or dragging and dropping into the relevant area of the page.

Note: Before you start you may need to contact your account manager or the CiviPlus helpdesk to enable the "Upload files to a CiviCRM case via Self Service Portal" permission to be enabled for the user to upload files to Cases

Configuration

To allow users to upload files they need to have a case role on the relevant case. This can be configured on the SSP My cases settings:

Configuration > SSP > My Cases > Additional Case Roles Authorised to upload files to CiviCRM Cases:

Configure additional case roles (other than the case client) who can upload files to cases on the My Cases page in the self service portal. Please note that users will be able to view and download files from cases regardless of this field. i.e. this field only grants the additional access to allow users to also upload files to the case.

Users with the above permissions and relationship will be able to select the case details or documents and upload documents when viewing the 'Documents' tab.
