It is well worth investing the effort to create Mailing Templates in CiviPlus as they will lead to more efficient, effective, and professional communications. If your staff use templates when sending emails, rather than creating them from scratch each time, you will maintain consistency in the quality of communications, thereby improving engagement and at the same time save valuable time and resources
There are two ways of creating Mailing Templates in CiviPlus:
Using the "drag and drop" tool built into CiviPlus called Mosaico - this is what we recommend using as it is quick and easy to create engaging and dynamic messages.
Using the traditional template builder - you can use this if fancy formatting isn't required, or if you need to create a template in a hurry!
