Allowing a Panel Reviewer to view an applicant's CPD details

You can configure an application to allow a Panel Reviewer to see an applicant's CPD details. To do this, navigate to the Panels tab in the settings page for an Award workflow, and choose edit for one of the Panel rows.

On the Create Review Panel window choose the Panels tab, and then check the Allow review panel to see CPD records option. Choose the date range of CPD activities that will be shown to the Reviewer by picking one of the options in the View CPD activity from field - there are a number of preset values (This calendar year, Previous calendar year etc) or you can choose a specific date range. Only CPD Activities meeting this date criterion will be shown to the Reviewer. You can also specify if the applicants should be able to edit/add CPD hours while an application is on a specific status using the “Lock CPD record for applicants when application has the following statuses” setting.

As a result of this configurations the review panel members will see a CPD Details tab on the View Application page. The panel members can see the CPD hours for the applicant in a view similar to the My CPD page except that they are not editable.
