Note: The CPD needs to have been enabled on your CiviPlus system before you can configure it.
When the CPD module is enabled in CiviPlus a new set of custom fields are created for Contacts and Events that allows the system to record the CPD hours earned by contacts.
You can configure several aspects of the CPD system in order to:

Change the valid Category Types for CPD Activities
Navigate to Administer -> Customize Data and Screens -> Custom Fields and find the custom field set for "CPD Activity". Click on the View and Edit Custom Fields at the right hand side of the row.
On the Custom Data Fields screen, find the "CPD category" field and click the Edit Multiple Choice Options link at the right hand side of the row.
You will then be shown the list of current CPD Categories that will be available to assign to an activity. You can add new categories, remove existing ones or reorder the list. Click the DONE button when you are finished.
