FAQ content in itself does not display as a page but is used as content for the FAQ listing paragraph.

The FAQ's content type can be categorised by using the FAQ type taxonomy dropdown field. This field an be used when configuring which FAQ's you would like to display in the Partner listing paragraph.

Note: The FAQ type field is required so a taxonomy term must exist or be created before the FAQ content can be saved.

The FAQ's content can be managed from an admin content screen which can be found under the content menu - see below.

Selecting 'FAQ's' will take you to the admin screen where you can manage and add new FAQ content

Selecting 'Add FAQ' will take you directly to the partner content form to start creating content.

Each FAQ has the fields:

* = Required

  • Question - Text field *

  • Answer - - Long text field - WYSIWYG *

    • Default options - Small/Medium/Large

  • FAQ type - Dropdown *

    • Displays the terms configured in the 'FAQ type' Vocabulary.
